The HomeChoice Sales Associate is responsible for transforming showroom visitors into satisfied customers by delivering engaging product demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and managing orders. The role involves assessing customer needs, interpreting pricing and promotions, and providing comprehensive customer support and financial transaction management to ensure a seamless experience and contribute to business success.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer engagement and oversee the full customer journey (account opening, order processing)
• Apply in-depth product knowledge and manage pricing
• Deliver outstanding customer service and follow established quality standards

Qualifications

• Grade 12/Matric qualification
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience (experience in homewares retail is advantageous)
• Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Must not be debarred or declared unfit under the FAIS Act
• Personal attributes: energetic, positive, persuasive, adaptable, excellent communication, analytical, resilient
